When the gods, The Brewer and The Drinker, descended upon Groina, bringing magic to the world of men, all life changed forever. This day marked the beginning of the Gods’ Calendar, year zero.
The calendar follows twelve moons of thirty days each, divided in two halves. This leaves 360 days per year.
The six moons of the Brewer begin after summer, when he starts preparing the brew. People’s good will and diligence during harvest determines the taste of his brew.
The six moons of the Drinker begin in the midst of winter, and if the brew was good, the new year will bring great fortune to all.
